Blocks of rooms have been reserved at the Omni Richmond Hotel. Omni guests are provided complimentary Wi-Fi access by joining the Omni Select Guest program. Omni guests will have access to the James Center YMCA, a 30,000 square foot health and fitness athletic facility, and a heated indoor pool.

GSA Meeting Rates:
US$165 per night plus tax for single and double occupancy.

The meeting will take place within the Omni Richmond’s convention facilities.

Travel

Airport: Downtown Richmond is served by the Richmond International airport. The hotel is eight miles away and taxi service to downtown Richmond from the airport is approximately US$25.

Train: The Omni is approximately six blocks from the Amtrak Main Station (Richmond) and eight miles from the Amtrak Staples Mill Station.

Driving directions from I-64 (and I-95): From I-64, take Exit 190, merging onto I-95 South. On I-95 South, take Exit 74A onto I-195 (toll road). Take the Canal Street exit and pay toll ($0.30). Turn right onto 10th Street. Turn right at the light onto Cary Street. For valet parking, take an immediate right onto 12th Street and into the hotel motor entrance.

Parking: The self-parking rate at the Omni is US$3.50/hour plus tax per vehicle and the overnight valet rate is US$25 including tax. Additional parking can be found for variable rates at public parking lots near the Omni. [more parking info]

Richmond Weather

Virginia spring weather can be variable; expect temperatures to range from highs in the mid-60s to lows in the low 40s. All conference sessions will be held in the conference hotel and will not require walking outdoors.
