Please submit this form to reserve exhibit space at the Davenport Grand Hotel for the meeting. Exhibits will be open each day (W, Th, F) during the three-day meeting. Setup time is available on Tuesday, so you can be open for the opening reception if you would like.

Each booth includes a draped 8'x10' area, (1) 6' draped display table, and 2 chairs. Basic Wi-Fi is included complimentary for conference attendees. Cancellation Policy: All requests for cancellation of space must be received in writing. If GSA receives a written request for cancellation of space on or before March 15, 2024, the exhibitor will be liable for 50% of the total cost of space canceled. There are no refunds for cancellations after March 29, 2024.
