Deadline to reserve exhibit space: 15 March 2010 Reserve your exhibit space in the beautiful Taneycomo Ballroom, where attendees will gather Sunday evening for the welcoming reception and entertainment, and throughout the meeting for poster sessions and breaks. Exhibit booths with be available for universities, state and federal governmental agencies, and private industries. To reserve a booth, contact the Exhibits and Sponsorships co-chairs: Doug Gouzie and Dan Suchy. Exhibit booth space will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Each 10-ft × 10-ft booth will be draped with an 8-ft-high drape behind and 3-ft side drapes and will include one 6-ft skirted table, two chairs, and a trash can. Each booth reservation includes one full meeting registration. |
