Membership is on a calendar year basis (1 January–31 December).

All memberships include a monthly subscription to GSA Today* and GSA Connection, member-only discounts on publications, periodicals, and meeting registrations, as well as other benefits. $12 of your dues will be allocated toward your GSA Today subscription.

Membership dues are not tax deductible as charitable contributions. However, your dues may be deductible as a business or other itemized expense.

* Members in the USA and high-income economies receive GSA Today in print and online; other members receive online access only.

** Student, Recent Graduate, and K-12 Teacher memberships include free Online Journals: GSA Bulletin, Geology, Geosphere, Lithosphere, and the Journal of the Geological Society (of London).
