Joint meeting of the Geological Society of China (GSC) and the Geological Society of America (GSA)

Please join us for the first Joint Scientific Meeting of GSC and GSA. The conference will be conducted in English and will include a three-day conference and post-meeting field trips investigating the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, intra-continental deformation and mineral resources, and unique sites for the end-of-Permian mass extinctions.
Preceding this meeting, the 7th World Chinese Conference on Geological Sciences (WCCOGS) will be held on June 14-15 at the same hotel, and Chinese will be the language for presentations. A tour to Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding and the Wenchuan Earthquake Site near Chengdu will be organized and a reception for these two meetings will be held in the evening of 16 June (Sunday).
