The GSA Membership Department has 3 open seasonal, part-time positions for our annual member outreach and renewal campaign. Each tele-renewal specialist will telephone between 2,000-2,500 Society members to touch base and renew their membership, affiliations and subscriptions. Duties also include account management, and coding and maintaining a status/results report in Excel.
Professional and personable phone manner is a must. Plus the ability to self-start, work in a team environment, and complete the project on time. These positions have flexible schedules (20-30 hours per week) and offer an hourly rate ($12.50) plus bonus compensation on each renewal.
