Exhibition spaces are available on a first come first served basis. Exhibits will be located within the poster room area that lies adjacent to all technical session rooms on the third floor of the Hawai’i Convention Center. This location will maximize your potential for face-to-face time to collaborate with students, educators, and professionals across both geoscience and technical fields. The Hawai‘i Convention Center is steps from Waikīkī, and guest rooms with beach and mountain views are available at the Ala Moana Hotel, a two-minute walk away.

Exhibits and attendee posters are set up in HCC 323 A/B/C. Exhibitors should set up between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday, 22 May. Exhibitors are welcome and encouraged to join the Opening Reception Ice Breaker in the HCC 4th Floor Roof Top Gardens, 6–8:30 p.m., Monday, 22 May. The Pau Hana and Libations poster sessions beer bash in HCC 323A/B/C is 3–5 p.m., Thursday, 25 May. Exhibit tear down is 6–9 p.m., Thursday, 25 May, at which time all exhibits must be completely removed.
