Research by Keller et al. presented at the 2007 Annual Meeting on timing of flow from the Deccan Traps and implications for the K-T boundary extinction received extensive international coverage. Outlets included Time magazine, National Geographic, Nature, Times of India, Malaysia Sun, MSNBC, and Life Science Weekly.
Research by von Bitter et al. on middle Silurian soft-tissue fossils discovered in Ontario (October GEOLOGY) was reported by Geotimes, Science Daily, and the Owen Sound Sun Times (Canada).
